This blog is a means to scratch my hyperactive creative itch, through images and video all made on a breath of instant gratification.

In 2003 I was a 20 year old, third year Graphic Arts and Photography student at University. Overnight I won the whirlwind opportunity to be the host of MTV Australia. Three years later, I found myself globetrotting as host for Australia’s most successful travel TV show, Getaway.

Over the last seven years I have been on one epic journey to over 40 countries across six continents working in Film and TV – always with my cameras by my side, capturing moments of life in all it’s wonder.

For the last 4 years I’ve travelled through 34 countries across 6 continents as a TV presenter on the Australian travel show Getaway. Photography… Ok yes I know we live in this amazingly digital world where you can do everything easier, faster and cheaper then 5 years ago BUT there is just something about film that i love. It’s raw! To me it seems to capture the moment in time with more truth. Just about all the pics on this site have been shot on my Nikon FM 2, which i picked up from the second hand section at B&H in NY (www.bhphotovideo.com) for $USD250. I just rock the one lens too, not even sure what it is! ha
